Our goal through Kids Ministry at West Jackson is to help children know Jesus as their Savior and grow in their faith as they live for him. Each week on Sundays and Wednesdays, our K-5th graders come together to worship, learn, and grow in community in age-specific ways.
Each week we have children from K – 5th grade gather together in the Kids wing upstairs for fun activities, small group activities, and Bible teaching. Parents can drop off their children by entering the North Entrance (by the Fellowship Hall) on the second floor.
NEXT LEVEL – 4th and 5th Grade Discipleship
We want to better equip older kids to take hold of their faith as their own. Next Level is a chance to do just that, through serving and Small Groups. 4th and 5th graders have clearly defined opportunities to serve during our kids midweek large group, then they break out for focused discipleship through small groups.

This summer we will be going through Jen Wilkin’s Women of the Word to learn methods, tips, and encouragement for studying the Bible more deeply so we might know and love the God of the Bible better.
Childcare will be available from 10:00am to 11:30am.

Spin the spinner, beat the clock, skip ahead, level up, and play to win! You’ll need to bring your A-game for this VBS. Twists & Turns is a celebration of games of all kinds. From classic tabletop games to video games and more, kids will play their way through VBS while learning that Jesus guides them through all the twists and turns of their lives. They’ll find that even when they mess up it’s never “game over.” VBS is for kids entering Kindergarten through completed 5th grade.
