The Adult Bible Study Department Coach/Coordinator serves as a shepherd and leader for small group leaders within their assigned department, ensuring that Bible study groups function as Gospel Communities on Mission—growing in Christ, fostering authentic relationships, and engaging in gospel-centered outreach. This role provides encouragement, training, and oversight to small group leaders, equipping them to disciple their groups effectively.
The Small Group Leader/Teacher plays a vital role in leading and discipling a group of adults within the church’s Gospel Community on Mission framework. This leader is responsible for fostering spiritual growth, building authentic community, and equipping members to engage in gospel-centered outreach.

The Hospitality Ministry Coach/Coordinator serves as the leader of the Hospitality Team, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and Christ-centered environment for guests and members. This role involves training and equipping volunteers, overseeing hospitality efforts, and fostering a culture of warmth and connection within the church.

On the third Thursday of each month, WJBC provides dinner at RIFA. Volunteers are needed to help serve the meal, offer a short devotion, and assist with cleanup.
WJBC hosts Room In The Inn on the third Friday of each month from November through April. Volunteers are needed to prepare and serve dinner, spend time in fellowship with guests, and for men to serve as overnight chaperones.
Volunteers visit the Madison County Jail every other Saturday morning to pray with and encourage inmates through conversation and the gospel. Both men and women are welcome. An orientation is required before participating.
