WAYS TO GIVE THIS DECEMBER | Join Us in Serving & Giving This Christmas!

December is a busy time of year, and it’s easy to miss all that’s happening. Here are the main ways that our church is giving and serving this Christmas season:

Lottie Moon March For Missions: Your generous gift enables IMB missionaries around the world to be sent out to make disciples and multiply churches among unreached peoples and places. Our church goal this year is $60,000. You can give today during our March for Missions or online at

Random Acts of Christmas: Our second annual Random Acts of Christmas initiative is an opportunity for you to give a gift to someone this holiday season. To help you get started, we have put together some gift bags that include instructions and ideas. We have also included cards for you to leave with the individuals you are serving. The card lets them know they have been the recipient of a Ran- dom Act of Christmas and also includes an invitation to our Community Gathering on Christmas Eve. Pick up a bag just outside the Connection Center and join us as we make a di erence in our community this Christmas! Use #wjrandomactsofchristmas as you share your stories on social media!

Blessing Lincoln and Lane Elementary Schools: This past Sunday, the blue shopping bags for JMCSS were made available. As a church, we have already picked up almost 60% of the available bags. This has us off to a great start. By buying these items for the teachers of Lane and Lincoln we are blessing the schools, the teachers and the kids. By purchasing these items, we are helping JMCSS and the teachers use that money for other needed items. If you were not able to pick up a bag last Sunday or you would like to have another, please stop by the table across from the Connection Center to grab one. All bags are due back by Sunday, December 17th.

Hartland Christmas Party: We are in need of volunteers to help with supervision at this year’s Hartland Christmas party on Monday December 11th. If you have questions or would like volunteer, contact Sylicia Fuqua ([email protected] or 731-394-0993) or Lori Camp ([email protected] or 731-499-0756).
